Minikits are the files that you see in the game to select kits.
Now you can find the minikit files in Fifa 2005\data\gui\assets\kits.
Notice that there are files with the name j0_xxxxx.big, j1_xxxxx.big, j2_xxxxx.big, j3_xxxxx.big. j0 - home kit, j1 - road kit. xxxxx is the teamid. You can use one of these files as your template.
Now you want to do the exact same thing you did for the menu flag/banner files. Of course when you are finished. Put the finished files in the Fifa 2005\data\gui\kits directory. He is what my files looked like when they were finished.
